I was introduced to the
Oval Track Legends
formula mid-season of
2008 and soon set about
buying a car.
It didn't take me long!
My first race meeting was
in November that same
year and I haven't looked
back since!
It's a fabulous formula and I thank Andy Hartwell (Oval Track Legends #55), the friend that got me interested. I hope you'll find it interesting too!''

CHAMPION
27th JULY, 2010
Branson became the 2010 British Champion at Ipswich on Saturday 17th July - his first major Legends title.
A win in the first heat and a 4th place in the second set him up well for a pole to finish championship winning drive.
"I have never driven a race from pole!" said Branson after the big win. After graduating from rookie status at the back of the grid in 2009, he went straight to yellow grade starts, therefore, not able to take the front row among the white graders.
Many at the track, fellow drivers and officials commented that it was a fabulous drive and a well deserved win.
